ApacheCon Europe 2009 -- Live Stream for Free
From March 25 to March 27 the official conference of the Apache Software Foundation (ASF), ApacheCon Europe 2009 will be held in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Some of the talks will be available here on Linux Magazine for free.
ASF is drawing internationally-renowned thought-leaders, contributors, influencers, and organizations in the Open Source community, offering insight into the culture and community that develops and shepherds industry-leading Open Source projects, including Apache HTTP Server.
The keynotes and lunch presentations will be avaible in the live streaming for free. Among the free talks is "Data Management in the Cloud" from Raghu Ramakrishnan, "Behind the Scenes of The Apache Software Foundation" by Lars Eilebrecht, "Open sourcing the analyst business - turning proprietary knowledge inside out" from James Governor and the Apache Pioneer's Panel - 10 years of The Apache Software Foundation" with Lars Eilebrecht, Dirk-Willem van Gulik, Jim Jagielski, Sally Khudairi and Cliff Skolnick. More of the tracks including presentation slides are available for a fee, after the event the archive automatically gives you access to the recorded conference sessions of the live stream.
